To the fullest extent permitted by law, PYNK GORILLA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, beyond the purchase price of the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
